This is a full-time position working in assisted living and memory care facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area. You will be responsible for providing hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities, such as medication management and transfers
- Document resident information and care provided in electronic medical records systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification and registration on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living setting
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
