Position: Direct Support Professional
Wage: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
Locations: We have Residential Group Homes and In-Home services throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Cities include: Minneapolis, Golden Valley, Fridley, Brooklyn Park, St. Louis Park, New Brighton, and more.
Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time schedules available in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight!

Job Summary:
We are hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals! As a Direct Support Professional, you will help people with disabilities or mental health diagnosis on a variety of outcomes and goals. Direct Support Professionals provide services in our residential group homes or in-home services. DSPs help with daily activities such as meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and attending appointments and medication administration.
Requirements:
- To be at least 18 years old for employment within In-Home Services/Adult Group Homes and 21 years old for employment within Child Foster Care Homes.
- Successful clearance from a DHS background Study
- Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
- Experience with mental health and Autism is required for some positions.
- Experience providing personal care is required for some positions.
- Experience working with challenging behaviors (verbal and/or physical) is required for some positions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English communication
