Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
- Develop and implement health education programs for residents and their families.
Requirements:
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
