Salary and Benefits
This per diem nursing professional position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50-$60 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses. Responsibilities and Requirements
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for case management, supervising CNA's/PCA's, providing health education, coordinating with healthcare professionals, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a RN degree from an accredited school of nursing, a current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota, previous experience in geriatric nursing, excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
