- Providing comprehensive health assessments, medication management, and health status monitoring for residents.
- Supervising CNA's/PCA's during shifts to ensure quality care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communications related to resident care.
- Fostering open and transparent communication with residents, their families, and staff to promote a positive care environment.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
