We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in the Pine City, Minnesota area. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Engage residents in recreational activities and promote social interaction
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum 1 year experience in nursing home or assisted living setting
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality
