Registered Nurse Needed for Interim Healthcare Staffing

Role Overview:

This per diem position requires a skilled RN who can provide excellent care to seniors in need. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation.

Main Accountabilities:

• Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster open dialogue with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring side effects and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

A RN degree, current licensure, and experience in geriatric nursing are necessary qualifications for this role.
