- Supervision: Oversight of CNA's/PCA's on your shift, ensuring seamless care delivery.

- Collaboration: Effective communication with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- RN Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Geriatric Experience: Previous experience in geriatric nursing, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of elderly individuals.
