Responsibilities
- Care Planning: Develop comprehensive care plans for residents, incorporating health assessments, medication management, and overall health status monitoring.
- Leadership: Supervise CNAs or PCAs during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Provide health education to residents and their families on topics such as disease management, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
Key Responsibilities also include responding promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, and fostering open communication with residents, families, and staff.
