Per-Diem Rate
The hourly pay rate for this position is $47-$55/hour, recognizing the expertise and dedication required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Registered Nurse will include:
- Care coordination and case management for residents
- Medication management and overall health status monitoring
- Supervision of CNAs/PCAs and provision of education to residents and families
- Maintenance of accurate medical records and effective communication with the care team
Requirements
- RN degree from an accredited institution
- Current and valid RN licensure in Minnesota
- Previous experience in gerontological nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
