Senior Care Specialist - Medication Management

Pine City and surrounding areas need dedicated professionals like you to join our team as a Medication Assistant.

As a Senior Care Specialist - Medication Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe administration of medications to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities.

About the Role:

• You will work closely with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and promote independence among residents

Requirements:

• Certificate from a Trained Medication Aide course of at least 48 hours
• CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
• 6 months of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
• 6 months of experience as a TMA
• High school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass criminal background checks
• Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form
