Sterilization Aide- ENT Clinic

Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing!  We have an immediate need for a Sterilization Aide to work in a leading ENT clinic.   Gain valuable experience and growth as you join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4pm

Locatio n : Woodbury, MN

Pay rate : $26- $29 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform functions that assist with patient care as requested

Cleaning and sterilizing all equipment with procedures that support infection control and OSHA standards.

  • Use of high level disinfectants on video scopes.
  • Ensure that clinic supplies are adequately stocked and well organized.
  • Properly maintain all equipment and keep adequate records.
  • Perform job responsibilities with teamwork and customer service.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Formal education in central supply / sterilization or at least 6 months recent (within the last 3 years) experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of grammar / spelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner.
  • Current CPR certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required within 6 months of hire and maintained.

    • On-line CPR certification is not acceptable

  • Able to pass criminal background check.
  • General computer skills preferred
