Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare.
- OASIS experience is preferred.
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
- PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST.
- Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patients, family members, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
