Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed, and document findings
- Aid with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements:
- 1 year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and document patient information
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
