Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum of three years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare preferred
- Two years of management experience preferred
- Ability to conduct extensive OASIS documentation and chart audits
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- MUST be computer proficient
