Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy to patients in their homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient outcomes and goals.
- Assist the treating Physical Therapist in documenting exercises and printing out instructions for patient use, under their direct supervision.
- Participate in educating patients and caregivers on exercises and treatment plans, under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and active PTA license in Colorado.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, preferably in home healthcare.
- CPR Certification and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
