- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any concerns to our clinical team
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
