Key Responsibilities
- Taking patient vitals and performing assessments
- Documenting progress and reporting changes to the RN supervisor
- Assisting RNs in carrying out physician's orders
- Administering medication and operating medical equipment
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program
- Active LPN license in Colorado
- CPR certification
