Job Description
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This may involve administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and educating patients on their plan of care. You will work closely with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program
- At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
- Healthcare CPR/BLS Certification (demonstration course required)
- Home health care experience preferred
- Pass a background check and drug test
