About the Position:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury. You'll work closely with our experienced therapists to develop personalized plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and active PTA license in Colorado
- Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy assistant experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting
- CPR Certification required
- Pass a background check and drug test
