Job Summary:
We have PRN all shifts available for long-term care facilities.
Compensation:
$18-$19 per hourJob Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Follow and adhere to resident care plans
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, and report to supervisors as necessary
- Observe residents during shifts and report concerns to the nursing team
- Serve meals and assist residents as needed
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintaining a clean environment for residents
- Transfer residents safely between wheelchairs and beds
Requirements:
- Hold current STNA certification in Ohio
- Meet BLS and immunization requirements (Hep B and TB screening)
- Understand medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills
