STNA Job Description :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our team at a reputable non-medical homecare agency in Lancaster, Ohio. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain independence and comfort in the familiarity of their own homes.

STNA Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Help with mobility assistance and transfers (e.g., moving clients from bed to chair, using assistive devices).
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Provide assistance with medication reminders and support with daily living activities.
  • Document care provided and client progress as required.

    • STNA Qualifications :

  • Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) in Ohio.
  • Previous experience in homecare, healthcare, or a similar caregiving role preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Must pass a background check.
