Description
As a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator , you will be called to care when you’re needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you’ll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.
Full Time (M-F, 8a-5pm)

As a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, you will :
- Receive referral calls, complete intakes, document new client services enrollment, and schedule care professionals for hospice
- Update / upload documents to patient charts
- Meet / exceed customer expectations, as well as maintain customer relationships in an ongoing effort to drive higher levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that hospice volunteers have everything up to date and turn in all timesheets
- Be responsible for community outreach to recruit new volunteers
To qualify as a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator with us :
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Experience in public speaking preferred
- 1 year experience in management / oversite of multiple individuals required
- Minimum of 2 years experience required in home health; hospice preferred
- Volunteer experience required
