About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner to provide immediate support during a leave of absence on our U.S./Australia HR team. This interim role will serve as a key point of contact for HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and overall process support during a dynamic and high-growth phase of our business.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity that requires someone who is flexible, collaborative, and comfortable navigating change. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, help stabilize day-to-day operations, and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders while managing day-to-day HR operations
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across multiple departments and geographies
- Serve as a trusted advisor during a time of organizational transition
- Help maintain consistency and structure in HR practices while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities
- Leverage UKG Pro (UltiPro) for HRIS-related tasks; reporting and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively across time zones, particularly in support of U.S. and Australia-based teams
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HRBP or HR Manager roles
- Strong experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and process development
- Proficiency with UKG Pro (UltiPro) is highly preferred
- Global HR experience (especially in the U.S. and Australia) is a plus
- Exposure to or familiarity with private equity-backed environments is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style culture
- Able to work onsite in Plano, TX on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a hands-on and flexible approach
