The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position is responsible for performing various tasks related to maintenance duties, including but not limited to general cleaning practices, familiarity with safe handling practices of chemicals related to cleaning, and restocking supplies.

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position is responsible for performing various tasks related to maintenance duties, including but not limited to general cleaning practices, familiarity with safe handling practices of chemicals related to cleaning, and restocking supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Gather trash and recycling in all offices, kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms and empty shredders.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms.
- Thoroughly clean kitchen & bathrooms: includes sweeping and mopping of floors. As directed, deep clean common areas such as kitchen.
- Wipe, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Vacuum all offices and hallways
- Check Inventory and restock supply closet.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning, familiarity with safe handling practices of chemicals related to cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Drivers license for at least two years and driving record acceptable to insurance carrier.
- Valid California driver's license; auto in safe operating condition; auto liability insurance; good driving record; criminal record clearance; proof of authorization to work in the United States as required by Immigration and Reform Act of 1986.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
