Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Responsible for nurturing a results-driven sales culture that inspires innovation and motivation in the sales team.
- Set targets and goals for the sales team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company footprint.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasting system to ensure that the team is consistently hitting its targets and that future sales are forecasted accurately.
- Prepare and present monthly MOR reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to the executive team.
- Prepare and present quarterly QBR reports.
- Prepare and present KAM plans.
- Ensure relevant KPIs are analyzed and monitored. Utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
