Job Summary:
The Client Relations and Billing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the design process. This position supports the team by managing invoicing, purchase tracking, and client communications related to billing and account management. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries and communications
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for design services, furnishings, and materials
- Track purchase orders and vendor invoices to ensure accurate client billing
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain a positive, professional rapport with clients
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Maintain company files and records including but not limited to work papers, project costs and client specifications
- Identify ways to enhance the client experience through clear and efficient communication
- Perform other duty or tasks as needed from time to time- Physical labor is required
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in client service, billing, or administrative support
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in process
- Proficiency in billing/accounting software, Microsoft Office and Gmail and associated applications in google(QuickBooks experience a bonus)
- Team Player with other employees in performance and position duties
- Preferred but not Required previous experience in interior design or other creative related fields
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
