Job Summary

Duties
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Create detailed design plans using CAD software, Revit, and 3ds Max to visualize concepts.
- Develop mood boards and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Oversee remodeling and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently throughout the design process.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather inspiration for design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
- Build relationships with vendors and contractors to source materials and coordinate project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices related to interior design projects.
- Sales experience is a plus for effectively communicating value propositions to clients.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in interior design is highly desirable.
