Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Trainer located in Washington, DC with some work from home flexibility. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and strategies. Trainer will go to Reston location as required.

Qualifications

• Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
