The Senior Level Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity. Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, this position will serve as a trusted advisor to the regional leadership team and managers, providing expertise on a wide range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business unit managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and develop HR strategies and initiatives to address them.
- Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Lead efforts in talent selection, assessment, and performance management.
- Workforce Planning & Analytics: Responsible for ongoing headcount management to include documenting and obtaining approvals to add headcount, monitoring and cleansing open requisitions, ensuring all starts, moves, and ends are thoroughly documented in people systems, and reconciling people data to drive data accuracy.
- Workforce Analytics: Utilize HR data and dashboards to analyze metrics and identify strategies to ensure continuous improvement within their region. Influence the use of data to drive decision-making. Heavy focus on headcount management, turnover/retention, and engagement.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change.
- HR COE Partnership: Partner closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise, drive internal alignment, and provide cohesive support to the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Experience in organizational development & effectiveness, change management, talent management, and workforce planning/headcount management.
- Experience working with organizational job architecture, hierarchy, and structures.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
