Responsibilities
- Scale team to meet increasing requirements
- Efficiently manage operational activities
- Work with Product and Engineering on automation opportunities, new releases and sustaining activities
- Ensure all operations are executed on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Ensure that all customer implementation activities are carried out with high-quality and in the agreed upon times
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise Ops staff
- Serve as point of escalation for customers and solve operational challenges
- 10 years as Operations Manager or similar role
- 10 years of experience managing a diverse team of 20 people in re mote locations
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication and Leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- BS Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
