This position is responsible for promoting and generating sales leads for the Crew2 Makeover and Closet programs in The Home Depot stores. Lead Promoters have credit knowledge and product knowledge providing information on program features & benefits, promotional details and dates. This position proactively greets customers, assesses needs, guides decisions, overcomes objections and sells an appointment for an in-home sales consultation. This position participates in various other store actives as directed.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and engages customers within The Home Depot (THD) departments and determines their needs.
- Explains the Shop At Home process to the customer and assists in getting an appointment set up
- Trained to answer product or credit questions
- Support delivery of basic products and program training to store associates.
- Attend meetings and events with THD
- Organizes and displays store signage for supported THD product lines
- Attends promotional events as needed
- Builds excitement with THD associates for sales promotions
- Completes and delivers all paperwork daily

Education and Experience:
