To succeed in this role, you will need to be immersed in and have a deep understanding of local building trends, new construction opportunities and methods, and renovation projects happening throughout the market. It is a high-impact, high-visibility role—ideal for a bold, driven sales leader who wants to leave a lasting mark on the design-build industry in the InterMountain West.

Qualifications & Ideal Traits
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 10 years of sales experience in the design-build construction industry or related fields.
- A proven rainmaker who consistently generates and closes high-value deals.
- Deep knowledge of new construction and renovations, with an understanding of local building trends in Salt Lake City.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Highly strategic and process-driven, with the ability to build and refine a structured sales operation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, problem-solving, and innovation.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and other sales automation tools.
