As an Interior Designer on the team, you play a pivotal role in creating and delivering projects in multifamily and hospitality design, guiding a team of design thinkers and doers to create impactful experiences. Your success hinges on adeptly navigating projects through all phases, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. Your proactive problem-solving approach and ownership of challenges are crucial for project success. Additionally, your firm understanding of project financials and their impact on the bottom line is essential, along with your ability to cultivate a culture of belief, optimism, and open communication within the team. Ultimately, your effectiveness in project management, client relations, financial oversight, business development, and team leadership will define your performance as a valuable Interior Designer within our organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in hospitality interior design showcasing adept project management skills.
NICDQ preferred but not required
Proficiency in project management, including contracts, project financials, and staff coaching.
Software knowledge in REVIT, Enscape, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, PowerPoint
Experience in managing consultant teams and resolving complex technical and design issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing design team.
