Our client is seeking an interior designer (5 years experience minimum) for full-time employment.
Hospitality & commercial experience required.
Possesses the qualities, knowledge, and skills to work independently and think critically. Applies experience gained in the field to generate conceptual and schematic design work and evolve it to a level of implantation while maintaining a high standard of design quality and aesthetic. Expresses a strong interest in furthering their career, learning, growing, and taking on a growing set of responsibility. Must be forward thinking, organized and collaborative.

Job Requirements

- Highly detailed and organized with the ability to develop and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Have meaningful impact in the creation, management & advancement of interior design throughout all phases
- Ability to implement and navigate brand guidelines and design requirements
- A key player in coordination of overall design intent, both internally and externally, as it applies to the overall design team and relevant consultants
- Understands the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development
- Participate and collaborate in internal team design meetings on a regular basis
Job Qualifications
■ Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit & AutoCAD required. 3D modeling software preferred including but not limited to Sketchup, Rhino or Grasshopper
■ 5 years experience in the design field; hospitality- based experience preferred but not required
■ Accredited professional degree in Interior Architecture or related field (preferred)
■ Actively pursuing NCIDQ licensure (preferred)
■ Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred
■ Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
