We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our client’s team and take the lead on exciting, high-end residential projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of design—from concept to installation—ensuring that each project reflects our firm's distinctive design ethos and meets our client's unique goals.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll create innovative design concepts, collaborate with discerning clients, and manage talented junior designers to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key role in sourcing premium materials, building vendor relationships, and maintaining project budgets and timelines. This position also offers a unique opportunity to coordinate with our in-house real estate team, blending design expertise with property insights to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications
- Degree in interior design or architecture; NICDQ preferred but not required
- 7 years of interior design experience, with a focus in residential design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Studio Designer, and Enscape; Revit skills a plus but not required
- Creative Vision : Ability to conceptualize innovative, investment-focused design solutions.
- Project Management : Experience managing budgets, timelines, and coordinating with vendors / contractors—specifically, expertise in Studio Designer is critical.
- Space Planning : Skilled in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Material Knowledge : Expertise in sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings, including construction materials and furnishings.
- Leadership : Strong mentorship skills to guide and inspire junior designers.
- Strategic Thinking : Aligns design projects with business and client investment goals.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive in addressing design and construction challenges.
- Client Relations : Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Trend Awareness : Knowledge of current and emerging design trends.
