Summer Pool Cook
Interlachen Country Club is seeking Summer Pool Cooks. Want to work a fun summer job with a great team, great benefits, and in a beautiful cabana? Our cabana cook team delivers great service and food in our 1909 Cabana restaurant during the summer months. Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Deliver first-class service to our members
- Support the Pool Chef with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service
- Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of respective pool stations
- Communicate needs to supervisor promptly
- Foster cleanliness, maintaining clean stations and cooking equipment
- Keep the pool kitchen organized
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of area
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 years of experience in the quick service dining field preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of restaurant and cleaning skills

Physical Requirements
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs
- Bending/stooping/kneeling frequently
- Ability to stand for majority of shift
Availability
- Open availability preferred
- 20-40 hours per week
- Typical AM Shift- 9am-4pm
- Typical PM Shift 2pm-9:30pm
- Flexible schedule, both FT and PT
- May-September
