They are looking for a talented individual with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join their Business Litigation practice group. Responsibilities :
- Handle substantive litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Argue discovery and other procedural motions in court.
- Prepare for and participate in court appearances, including hearings and trials.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional legal representation.
