Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in industries such as transportation, aviation, technology, media, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and finance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Stay abreast of evolving corporate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from a top-tier law school and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission).
- Extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on complex transactions.
- A proven track record of successfully handling high-value corporate transactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive deals to completion efficiently.
- A robust book of business or a demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
- Recognition by leading legal directories (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal 500) is a plus.
