The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partner to join their Miami office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in industries such as transportation, aviation, technology, media, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and finance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Stay abreast of evolving corporate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• Extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on complex transactions.
• A proven track record of successfully handling high-value corporate transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive deals to completion efficiently.
• A robust book of business or a demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
• Recognition by leading legal directories (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal 500) is a plus.
