We are working with a prominent regional law firm who are seeking a dedicated defense litigation attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join their dynamic team in the NYC area.
This is a full-time position based in their New York City office, providing an excellent opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of insurance defense and general liability cases.
- Manage and execute litigation strategies in New York State and federal courts.
- Handle products liability defense, insurance defense, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, personal injury, and professional malpractice.
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Licensure in New Jersey is preferred but not required.
- Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and develop service strategies.
- Familiarity with practicing in both New York State and federal courts is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of handling products liability and tort cases.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving client satisfaction.
