Labor & Employment Associate

If you have 3-6 years of federal litigation experience, a passion for solving complex legal challenges, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, mediations, and negotiations.
• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and policies.
• Manage caseloads and effectively collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals.
• Stay informed about developments in labor and employment law.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3-6 years of federal litigation experience, with a strong preference for labor and employment law expertise.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a track record of excellence.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
