- Real Estate Transactions – a range of experience
- AmLaw 200 law firm experience
- Insights to pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
- The client should have a range of writing and research skills
- Experience with acquisitions, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate.
- Must be a qualified Lawyer
