Real Estate Finance Associate

An AM Law top 100 firm are seeking a Real Estate Finance Mid/Senior Level associate to join their real estate finance group within their Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to become part of their long-standing national finance practice which has closed real estate finance transactions in all 50 states with exposure to sophisticated structured real estate finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate transactional matters. The offer is open to application to their Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Denver, Baltimore or New York offices.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of commercial real estate finance experience in an Am Law 100 firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active bar license in the location for which you wish to be considered is required.

Experience

• Candidates should have extensive experience with:a wide-range of debt, debt-like and equity transactions.
• real estate projects.
• construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions.

Salary

$260,000-$350,000 depending on level of experience and location.
