We are looking for energetic Bilingual English/Spanish Retail Sales Representatives with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales quotas for our award-winning stores at Las Vegas International Airport. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will need the ability to clearly explain information, actively listen and maintain a professional demeanor. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and resolving customer issues effectively will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied, by doing so you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Drive premium sales.
- Ensure displays are fully stocked.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers in both English and another language.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve a diverse customer base.
