We are looking for energetic Bilingual English/Spanish Retail Sales Representatives with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales quotas for our stores at Las Vegas International Airport. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will need the ability to clearly explain information, actively listen and maintain a professional demeanor. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and resolving customer issues effectively will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied, by doing so you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is properly displayed on the sales floor.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is mandatory.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the store's schedule.
