We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Account Executive to join our growing team and help expand our footprint in the marketplace.
As a Business Account Executive at Intermax Networks, you will handle driving new business development and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations. In this outside sales role, you will generate leads, cultivate long-term relationships, and close sales opportunities for Intermax Voice solutions / Hosted Voice.
Requirements
New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts within your assigned territory and verticals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new customer acquisition for business-class Voice Solutions and MSP offerings.
- Leverage cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals to generate leads and set meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presenting Intermax's solutions to decision-makers, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
Account Management & Relationship Building :
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.Understand customer needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.Work closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition and high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.Sales Presentations & Negotiations :
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to present Intermax's service offerings.Provide custom proposals and pricing based on customer requirements.Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market & Product Expertise :
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving technologies related to business Internet and networking solutions.Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively position Intermax Networks' offerings and communicate their value to clients.Sales Reporting & Forecasting :
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress against sales goals.Qualifications : Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom, IT, or technology services industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an outside sales or direct sales role.Strong understanding of business hosted voice solutions (preferred but not required).Skills & Abilities :
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or field-based environment.High level of organization and time management skills to prioritize a diverse set of accounts.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
