Key Functions:
- Establish and supervise the initial and recurrent training of aviation department personnel.
- Assist in technical audits and communication of results.
- Prepare and distribute periodic reports and statistics as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Management from an Accredited College/University or CTM required; Associate degree and CAM certification considered equivalent.
- Working towards completion of CAM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years as Pilot in Command of multi-engine turbine aircraft operating in a crew environment required.
