Guidance Counselor

Intermountain Christian School (ICS) is accepting applications for a part-time guidance counselor. This opening is for the 2025-2026 school year and will begin August 1, 2025. ICS is a Christ-centered learning community that exists to equip and inspire students to thrive in God’s world. We are seeking passionate and dedicated staff who share our values and vision for equipping the next generation of leaders. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where students can thrive both academically and spiritually. This individual will be committed to ongoing professional growth and development as a guidance counselor. They will be responsible for providing academic, college, and career goals, ensuring that students receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed. Additionally, they will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support each student's overall growth and well-being.

This position requires the applicant to profess faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and be eligible for either Utah or ACSI school counselor certification. The ideal candidate will have a background in middle and high school guidance counseling. They will have a passion for guiding and mentoring students, a commitment to integrating biblical principles into counseling, a dedication to continuous learning and growth, and a desire to implement best practices in student support and development.
