Key Responsibilities:

- Clinical Practice Knowledge: Demonstrates a growing knowledge of the patient populations and standards of care delivery in which the unit(s) serve.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN).
- Formal leadership experience as a charge nurse, supervisor.
- Experience with performance improvement processes/tools (e.g. High Reliability Organization, Lean, IHI).
