**Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree required within 4 years, unless 15 years of acute care experience.
- Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
- BLS Certification upon hire.
